Great fast and reliable service

No easy way to update a policy online. I currently have throat cancer and can’t speak so I had to start a new policy , then cancel my old policy as I cannot call. Very disappointed

Took out a mobile phone policy. Eventually made a claim and was told the phone has to be returned to them and it takes 5 to 7 days. Who the hell can run a business without a phone for a week !! Instated they should pay a local repairer to do the work. They refused. Policy cancelled. Waste of £100. I got a new screen within one hour locally.

Very easy to buy and very reasonable price for phone insurance

of cover and well explained

Excellent service

Lost my phone during a festival and was unable to locate it. Logged the claim, and after a quick call with a friendly rep to add a bit of detail to the situation, may claim was approved and I had a new phone in 48 hours.

Only downside was they had no replacements other than gold coloured phones… but not the end of the world.
